Daily Focus
 | Welcome to the Daily Focus, the answer to the question, "What's there to do here?" Watch the daily video from Rysa or Magenta Pixie. Tune in for a link to the daily meditation (Four times a day, for 5 or 10 minutes, give yourself a trance to free your mind and create sacred space. You'll be in sync with other members for an exponential boost! 1 AM and PM and 7 AM and PM EST/EDT. Not near the computer, that's ok join us in the stream of loving consciousness all the same.)

They also diligently handle messages from these in a professional, loving manner. Those with great networking skills and with knowledge of these sites are welcome to assist this team.

GRINN - News Channel
 | This is the GoldRing Independent News Chat. The place for news and reviews as well as the latest on crop circles from all around the world.
Remember that the phrase "a lot gets lost in translation" was never more true than about text only conversations. Think about how you use skype. I've been known to step away from my computer right in the middle of a topic. Some times I answer posts, sometimes I just nod, which of course doesn't make it into the chat. This isn't disinterest, I know the comments will still be there when I return. You might think I'm thinking or napping or mad or too sad to answer but those are really just your thoughts and that voice you hear reading my words is your own.
With healthy boundaries it's easy to allow space for the responses and ideas of others. In the name of good communication it's important to verify what we think we just read when we don't have the real life clues like voice inflection or body language. In this community we are of mixed language, mixed custom, mixed socialization. When in doubt ask, dare to ask. I had a friend who used to say "I always expect the best from everyone I meet and I'm never disappointed."
Because this hopes to be an up to the minute view of what is happening around the planet, the information here will be diverse, some times amazing, sometimes even troubling. I don't have to buy a ticket to every show, and I can take what I read with a "grain of salt". I used to tell my children, when they were frightened by something on TV; just look into that monsters eyes, and you'll know it's fake. Now we are in interesting times, powerful technologies and curious agendas, that require us to keep our sovereign centers more than ever before.
For these reasons, we are looking for the members of the news chat to do their due diligence on the material they post. We are hoping to collect some of the best info and post it the wiki to give exposure to more members. So check your facts, get second opinions, let's get creative, move past urban legends and maybe research solutions while you're at it.
Lastly, just because we have the collective conversations, doesn't mean everything goes here. The same wiki protocols still apply. And it's just as easy to click on the name of the intended recipient and pull them into a private chat. The most noteworthy is disagreements; if you want to "call someone out" it would be wa-a-ay more productively done in a private chat. At these times remember the six heart virtues and reach for the ones you're having the hardest time feeling. Appreciation, Humility, Understanding, Forgiveness, Compassion and Valor.
