Hello, my name is Michael but you can call me Mike or one of various other names that people call me.
I seek enlightenment and awakened awareness.
I am on a path of ascension to my light body.

I love precious Mother Earth whom I also call GAIA. I know GAIA to be a living entity and ALL of us to be a part of her cycles and systems. I was created from GAIA and stardust. I exist now as a collection of teeny weeny bits and pieces of the universe and a soul-force light body which inhabits this marvelous conglomeration. My corporeal self shall disappear but my God self connected soul shall return to the great conscious soup from whence it came.

I am very thankful for the teachers I have found including teachers in the online community and my wonderful yoga teachers who bless me more than they can know.

I first came across Ram Dass and his book, Be Here Now, in 1986 as a freshman in college. Be Here Now, and a Loren Eisley's The Immense Journey, opened my mind up beyond my relatively constrained upbringing in the Christian church and Western Judeo-Christian paradigm. This isn't to say that I discarded my spiritual upbringing, but rather I found additional richness in my knowing of a personal and spiritually felt presence of God and heavenly spirit.

My Most Profound Belief
I believe that nature includes all. Nature does not stop at the border of a park, nor does it stop at the Earth-Air boundry. Nature is divine creation and always evolving and resolving. The concept of heaven that humanity strives for is available through conscious creation in the here and now. We do not see, nor are we aware of all that shares existence with us.

During a mod meeting I heard something about organic gardening and got to wondering if there was a radio show in there somewhere. Maybe gardening and plants and animals. Our interaction with the Earth and universe. Does this resonate with anyone?

Referring to my GR name, "GardenSunOne", since I have relocated far from my former garden. It is bittersweet to be separated from such a magical place but I know that divine grace is everywhere if one has eyes to see and mind open enough to comprehend. I have started my vegetable garden plot and I have a modest assemblage of potted plants on my back porch so I do have gardens. Yesterday while at the garden plot I saw some volunteer lettuce and cilantro seedlings that had popped up by the compost and relocated them from the greater garden to "my" garden. nature doesn't seem to care about our claims of ownership and arbitrary border decisions. Not clasping I find myself with more.
