This Summer 2009 I am busy getting ready for "Shelter care" studies and "rescue work" also, I am attenting some further spiritual training. Bodhicitta is the wish to attain complete enlightenment (that is, Buddhahood) in order to be of benefit to all sentient beings – beings trapped in cyclic existence (samsāra) who have not yet reached Buddhahood. One who has bodhicitta as the primary motivation for all of his or her activities is called a bodhisattva. I vow to always do what I know in my innermost self to be right. I vow to make eye contact with and smile at, or wave to, everyone I see. I vow to treat others as I wish to be treated.
I vow to treat myself as I want others to treat me, to take care of myself and my body, to work on healing my emotional wounds so there is more room for peace in my being, and to look in the mirror and say, "I love you" at least once a day.
I vow to do whatever I can to make myself a more peaceful person. (Examples: taking a class in, or reading a book about, yoga, tai-chi, meditation, breath work or reading a book or watching a movie about a peaceful person I admire like Buddha, Ghandi, St. Francis, Mary, Jesus, etc.) I vow to release myself from the pain of things I cannot change. I vow to do more and try harder than I ever have in the past.
I vow to use my time wisely and to prioritize the tasks in my life in a way that is of most benefit to all.
I vow to concentrate on the positive aspects in my life. I vow to respect all living things and to help all living things that are in need. I am just learning this - so here I go for myself as an exercise:
1. Let me have love and devotion always under any circumstances so I can be a just and understanding person, even of circumstances are challenging.
2. Let me have patience with myself in finding the right way to help people and myself through the all changes to come.
3. Let me grwo my love and light and let it shine selflessly and in service to all beings.
4. I need software for my inspirational computer art: perhaps a copy if imovie, adobe photoshop, and I need to learn garageband but need some tutoring... and could not fund this.
5. I need to ask the universe for mor vital energy as I am often to tired to go through the day.
6. I want to stay healthy and spread health
7. I ant to be able to be more mindful and not evaporate into thoughts or space to soon.
8. I want to help the goldring in such a way that I don't need to say "NO" to them as I love them too much and only want to say "YEX" to them.... :-)))
9. I want to only attract very functional relations of trust and love and honesty.
10. I want to spread joy, abundance and happiness at all times.

This video creates Bhakti... besides my lil kitty boy liked it too. We watched it together till he fell asleep -so cute. My kitty boy likes Rysa movies very much.

Now my random thoughts:
the outside reflects the inside the outside fades away constantly even encounters with beloved ones are short and fleeting what lasts is the sensation of lovingness in the heart learn to sink into that sensation and love comes every time you call and yearn and long and you can spread it to all you love every single time ---------------- swing all love and longing into a single effulgence ... over old sripts that went by we worried, cried and lamented complained, accused and fabricated illusionary rainbow stories over non existing events over non existing entities all unreal in pretense me included as without the selfless light of innermost love - where is the authenticity? in silent speech reactions remained reactions and creation was shadowed became an illusionary cloud perhaps we shed many a tear and now we sing the song of illusions removal we now can cast aside all that which had no substance all that which was thought to be love is evaporated into nothing free as a bird in the sky we fly a new love's moment is ever presented as the silver diamond of the flowers heart reflects the new golden morning sun that inner splendor is not found outside to be sure this kind of love would be too much to expect from a mere man or woman as they can't give that which is as subtle as the nature of the cosmic mind what else would one need but give peace and goodness

There was Rysa, Magenta Pixie, and Violet. I must admit the quality of speakers and what they offer us for reflection and self-help is beyond what I ever expected and extremely good for me to listen.
They actually talked also about people who are in a state of mind in which they think of themselves as "more evolved" as they actually are. They also covered a variety of mental diseases.
In my life I often noticed a state which my hubby termed "spiritual disconnect." People can be having wonderful bliss experiences but think that they are enlightened because of this and their spiritual ego gets so puffed up. Perhaps it is a form of pride. I doo had that off an on in my life and I sure can relate to this but life teaches us otherwise. In spite of our experiences we still have to mature as a person. Bliss is nothing of we cannot treat others nicely, or we develop a a power complex of sorts. We still need to calm our mental tendencies and propensities. Spiritual ego, sure is unpleasant and perhaps one of the worst ego - surrender of ego is a good practice. I wonder what people do in this regard.
