I would start My day with giving thanks to all the beauty around me... everybody would recieve a smile from me so i start a chain reaction of smiles creating warmth within them all... help all that need assistance...... recognise that my surrounding are a reflection of the relationship i hold with myself....... never seek happiness outside of myself....... maintain many in body 1 in mind with the whole universe ..... visualise myself gronding to mother earth herself at the end of everyday followed by Thanks.......... really see the beauty within me ........ give thanks for the peace that exists love and Unity may my faith contribute and water this beauty that does exist ........

As souls are currently at different stages of awareness, the cosnciousness of oneness is not yet universal. Greetings beloved LiaraCovert, I envision myself bath and surounded by light where travel takes place with the speed of thought in a place where words cannot discribe. From the momment we try to put it into words we dimminish the grandness of the fifth dimention and what we perceive in the mind is not that we seek.. Does the soul need to travel? or it is the personality that still envisions travel in a two dimentional way? Because from what I understand most of us here are on the third level of awareness it is best to concentrate on the gold ring formation which will help our DNA to transform and take us to the 4th level and automaticly to the 5th which is the present after the completion of the 4th.
