It's about providing an atmosphere of non judgement, a sacred space, for the purpose of healing themselves in order to restore themselves to a state of "Spiritual wholeness".

On a cloudy day the sun seems a dull light behind a haze of white. When the sun can't be seen clearly, it's easy to forget, or doubt its presence. Yet, the sun never stops shining. Wipe away the cloudy veil ~ the false perceptions, the illusions, ~ and make yourself receptive to the touch of pure sunlight.
