A MEDITATION THOUGHT: Imagine the best possible world. Think of a world that is ideal, utopian. Everything you could possibly imagine of peace, freedom, beauty and love. Imagine life prosperous and loved, filled with excitement and joy, opportunity and choices. Filled with contentment, security and peace. Imagine a world in which women are treated with dignity and respect and the family is honored and valued. Experience what life would be like if all pain were healed. If everything that was needed were there and available. The earth is filled with brightness. All is well in your world. The planet is clean and unpolluted. All of its people are safe and free. Everyone is sheltered, fed, cared for and respected and that respect extends to all living things and the planet itself. Imagine the beauty of the healed earth. What would it be like to live there. See the planet healed and whole and yourself healed and whole while living upon it. Remember what it would be like and keep the memories in tact. Thought power can create this ideal world because thought is the strongest power in the Universe. Use it wisely. Keep the image of a healed world before you. You have created it in your mind. Now bring it into being for the good of all. -HR

Great idea! I'd like to share mine. The others should share too!
One day I was next to the family car, close to the garden. I was in a state of great peace. I was appreciating life, connecting with it... At the moment I did not do that much, at least not as long. Then, a fly came by, and sat on the car, next to me. My normal response would be to wave my hand so it left. Instead, I thought, why is a fly not worthy? Why treat it so?
So I began to send positive energy to it, instinctively, for I'd never done that before. I continued for about 15 minutes, until the fly slowed down its movement. I then, with as much love as I could gather, approached it with my finger, and put it right next to it, as close as I could without touching it. I wanted it to climb on my finger, but left the decision to the fly. After a few seconds, it came on!!
I slowly pulled my hand back, and the fly moved nicely around my hand. I moved my hand, turning it and moving my fingers, the fly seemed happy! My hand moved quite fast (not as fast as to seem I wanted to shake her off) and it happily enjoyed the ride! I touched it very gently with one of my free fingers... I was very happy, and very amazed.
That was the second experience of my life with this energy, this thing, what to call it? But it was my first when interacting with another being.
