I AM HERE: ~ I am in the beginning of this and at the end of that. I have stirred the pot so-to-speak. force is futile, resistance is counter-productive. at the core of every watershed is a small light of joy...it's like crying with a smile on my face. I am becoming more gracious towards myself and finally connecting with a part of my being that knows true peace. my ego does not like it and loves to create argument in my mind...i watch the arguments when i meditate like they are storm clouds and then beckon the sun to break through and shed light on the entire view. my heart beats less and less out of habit and more and more from first nature. I am in gratitude right now.
