Think back to a time when someone looked deeply into your eyes, acknowledging your Beingness with their full presence.
Remember how wonderful and intimate that felt. When You want to be Intimate with someone, become Equally Open, Aware, and Present.
When you bring your awareness into the present moment, everything else falls away. When you are fully present, your mind is not preparing responses to what it is hearing while you're listening and feeling. Drop your evaluating and reactive nature.
Trust that your Heart will have the appropriate response when the time comes. Allow your mind to be quietly responsive, like a Pool of Water, Natural in its Unconditional acceptance of the moment.
Presence is simple. It is like being caught in the moment by the beauty of nature. Presence is your natural state of being. When you are present, your heart feels open, charged, full. When you are present, whether alone or with another, you are loose and relaxed. Time may seem to slow down.
You can expand your awareness with ease, allowing yourself to truly see and be seen. You let your feelings speak through your eyes, and the 'feeling channel' in you breathes freely, without expectation or judgement.

The ‘I’ and the ‘AM’ of ‘I AM’ denotes the division to be healed between consciousness and form, non-being and being, male and female, mind and body, spirit and soul. Once we recognize that the ‘I’ is outside, and the ‘AM’ is inside, and we are both of these if we are ‘I AM’, then we can begin to embrace the half we have neglected and so repair the cosmic damage from the fissure of God’s mind and will. Once we recognize that the ‘I’ is like standing outside of the house looking in- and is actually ‘outside’ of being- and the ‘AM’ is trapped inside, and that to be whole we must be both the ‘I’ and the ‘AM’- then we will begin to embrace the half we have neglected, and so repair the cosmic damage in the fissure of God- the division between consciousness and will, non-being and being, mind and body, spirit and soul. When we search back and finally isolate the ‘I’ within, it is no longer within, but is ‘outside’ all being, and encircles it completely. Thus this non-being ‘I’, requires a participating being- a body- to carry out the bridge between consciousness and will. This is how we connect heaven and earth, so to speak. Being and not-being are both independently immortal; ‘I’- changeless, eternal, non-being- ‘AM’- changing, immortal, being. I AM both, in which the whole is greater than the marriage of the two. The two are one.
Male and female, ether and matter, spirit and flesh, both happening as one event. One. Emptiness and form, are the two that are one. To validate both the emptiness and the form, the space and the drama, the stillness and the song.
To enter the void is to endure existing as non-being amidst being. This is to bring the Father down into the Mother. To enter matter is to endure existing as finite being amidst infinite non-being. This is to bring the Mother up to the Father. To be the center into which the Mother rises and the Father descends, is to be the one ever with the Mother and Father, and so to become Heaven and Earth, emptiness and Form, stillness and motion, which is to say- Avalon, which is Zion, the New Jerusalem.

The blessing of these expanded states is so powerful that it transforms our outlook on life, upon others, upon our selves, on everything. Our daily living awareness is ratcheted up to a higher more bliss ful level and we operate in a way that was un known to us. Purity in thought, feeling, body, as well as intuition accrues to our life experience. This prac tice of the Holy Breath (which for 400 years was called Holy Spirit) is the most powerful transformative “lifting” path from Christ. When we learn elevated and transformative states of consciousness (higher altered states of being) are caused by practicing breath work, recreational drugs may be put away for ever. In the awareness of this power and Heat that is generated in us (during these disciplines) we go into powerful states of purity, inspiration and undeniable humility. Our deferential attitude to God is overwhelming. Humility simply overwhelms, as the divine God head of the universe is endless infinite in comprehensible power and effulgent consciousness–contain ing ALL universal concepts and realities, including our individuality. When our self-hood “touches just the hem of the garment” of the Divine molecular edge of God’s Being…we just can not comprehend…except to bow our awareness in complete awe. Divine life guidance flows from this elevated state, because this divine experience and the Divine Breath transform what ever one they may touch. We see into life in a tremendously rarified way during these Breathing moments. After we have had these elevated experiences on a regular basis, the higher state of be ing takes hold within us, that elevated state, in its elegant wisdom and power becomes part of our daily consciousness.
