| Modes of expression are inherently subjective. There are no thought forms or models of reality that can represent the entirety of the thing they attempt to describe. They are each finite and therefore incomplete. The reality revealed through spiritual vision, however, is free from the restrictions of linear definition. For truly objective awareness to be experienced, it must occur outside of time and the language structures bound to it, and while awareness is lucid and unencumbered by the syntax of temporality, expression can only be a reduction of the fullness being sensed. This you will do only in your heart, where the peace of your unlimited wakefulness supports the soles of your feet as the stones you step across on the journey to the home we share.The first description is the first limitation of the infinitude of existence. All that gets defined becomes ordered into a context, into a structure that then derives its meaning according to its relationship to every other meaning alongside which it coexists. When the experience of spiritual illumination reduces itself into the corridors of expression, its narrowness defines the parameters of its inaccuracy. The multitudes are the mask of subjectivity, the expression of which forever confines meaning into the boundaries that describe it, deceiving the listener to the extent that she clings to its divergent forms, while forgetting its unified content. It is for this reason, the words that stream into the mind, one after the next, to illuminate the splendor of the limitless light, are forgotten beneath the currents of time, flowing into the endless ocean. Each distinction, a dissolving grain of salt in the Great Sea. Do not listen to these words with attention on the tiny particles of salt, but receive the totality of the Great Sea into the retina of understanding. For the component parts of each particle of perception will not reveal the grandeur of the Whole. They will only draw the perceiver into the subjectivity of conceptualization, tempting her to define herself by what she sees, and it is by this definition that she condemns herself to temporality and dies because of it. The livingness that animates the perceiver remembers how to listen. It is the eternal Witness who flies through the weightless waters of the Great Sea. Her knowingness effortlessly rides on vertical currents, floating across sound and meaning as though they were but a fluttering ripples of wind through her feathers. These currents she locates by the heat of their spiraling ascension, stabilizing the wings of awareness only long enough to carry her above time, where her understanding soars in completion. Guide your attention therefore to the warm currents behind the particular forms of these words. Let your thoughts penetrate the structures of these expressions to the expansiveness they conceal and yet radiate. |

| I call forth the golden light of the Christ Consciousness to enter into this place and this time. Allow yourself to take several deep breaths. Exhaling completely. Relaxing your mind and your body and your emotions. Allowing this golden light to enter in through every breath you take, as you exhale tension. Just relax. relax. relax. Just imagine a mist of fine, golden light descending upon you in a pillar that surrounds you and this entire area. Just breathe in this light. Feel the warmth, the safety, the protection. I call forth to your higher self and I ask that you guide and oversee this process allowing this process to be completed within your framework, within your timing, and by your strategy according to the needs of the listener. Now, I'd like you to relax even more deeply; receiving this healing light into your body, into your mind, and into your emotions. I'd like you to imagine just in front of you is a mirror in which you can see a reflection of yourself. You can see your energetic body. You can see the chakras, the chi meridians and all the energies circulating throughout your body,emanatingoutward making up your aura. Notice that your thoughts and emotions manifest in reflections within this mirror showing contrasts in the changes within the colors and patterns of your energetic field. Notice that as you tune into the golden light that is entering in through your breath and through the top of your head, manifests as more radiant colors within you, purifying and increasing the vibrance of your energy body, elevating your thoughts and emotions in alignment with your higher being. (I'd like to ask your unconscious mind to connect with your higher self. Connect with your inner teacher, with your superconscious mind.) And now imagine that as this light enters into your body, it cleanses and removes all those muted colors and particles of dark matter that may represent negative emotional patterns or thought forms; belief structures that do not serve you. Negative emotional experiences and memories from the past, internal personal limitations, of every kind that are no longer necessary for you to carry with you can now be cleansed by this golden light as it washes it away like a rain that washes away the dirt from the trees. (You can choose. You can choose. You can choose.) Allow this light to gently cleanse and purify and disolve all past beliefs that no longer serve to promote your well being or your empowerment; cleansing all those thoughts and ideas about yourself and this world that are destructive or harbor the seeds of unworthiness and discord. (You are perfection. You are truth. You are beauty. You are the I AM presence.) Releasing judgements, releasing fears and all of those ideas that support them. Just allow them to be dissolved by this golden light and notice that as each of these things is removed from your body, the colors and patterns of your energetic field become brighter, more harmonic, more symmetrical, balanced and integrated. (You are pure. Perfect and eternal.) If there is any resistance that comes up, just allow that to be cleansed away by the golden light. You may wish to hold on to ideas andthought-formsfrom the past but you can now use this opportunity to release them and all the subsequent fear and pain and sorrow and limitation that goes along with them. (You are the light. The light is you. You are truth.) Continue to visualize the cleansing until you feelyou'vebeen sufficiently cleansed of all dark or muted colors that you see in the mirror. (You are perfection. You are truth. You are beauty. You are the light. You are the vessel for the light. You are the I AM presence.) |

| So, I'd like you to sit back and relax and just focus on your breathing. because in a moment, we are going to be accessing higher vibrational energy from the infinite source of love and healing. And there are many energies that we can access. but for the purposes of this meditation exercise, we are going to access the Reiki energy. So, imagine, if you will, the inside of your body being perfectly hollow. You are an empty cup and as you breathe deeply, relaxing completely, the electric-blue light of Reiki is going to be entering into your body through the top of your head; filling your body up from the bottom up until you are entirely full and overflowing with Reiki healing energy. So, breathe deeply and relax completely and with each inhale, take this Reiki energy in through the top of your head and like water allow it to fall all the down through your body and begin to fill and pool up inside of your feet; filling up your toes, your feet, all the way up to your ankles and as you exhale, exhale the darkness, exhale the stress, the negativity the tension, the fear or whatever ailment is bothering you. Just let it go. Exhale. Inhale in this Reiki light; filling up your legs, all the way up to your knees, all the way up to your waist. Exhaling your concerns, your fears, your worries. Allowing yourself to completely enter into this moment surrendering to this Light of Love and Healing. Let this light fill your torso; filling all the way up to your chest and spilling over into your arms, filling up your fingers, your hands your forearms, all the way up to your shoulders and your neck, filling up your head until your entire body is completely full and overflowing with this Reiki energy. Continue to breathe deeply, relaxing completely and allow this energy to work deeper into your body. You can, if you wish, visualize the various systems of your body. Imagining this light radiating and pouring through those systems; your cardiovascular system, beaming with this Light Energy, filling your blood stream with this Reiki energy. Imagining these symbols circulating throughout your entire body. Imagining your respiratory system; seeing your lungs as you breathe in, being filled with this electric-blue energy; entering into the capillaries, re-energizing and vitalizing and oxygenating the blood stream; watching as this healing Light circulates throughout your entire respiratory system and cardiovascular system, from the biggest veins in your body all the way to the tiniest capillaries in your brain. And you can imagine your nervous system, this beautiful network of highways, branching off and splintering off in all directions like a tree transmitting the electrochemical impulses back and forth between the body and the brain and imagine this circuitry within your body being flooded with this beautiful, electrical-blue light. You can see these symbols traveling through the corridors of your nervous system; removing blockages, balancing the circuitry, connecting various highways. making communication and information transfer much more effective and just exhaling all the muted colors you see in your body. Inhaling... clear, blue-electrical light and exhaling the darkness. Now, you can continue this visualization, if you'd like, imagining all the various systems of your body and allowing this Reiki energy to penetrate more deeply into these systems; cleansing and combining and integrating them. |

| Our Heart's Agreement is pure and true and comes from the strength of our Unity. It cannot be broken or compromised, as the strength of it's integrity is provided by the Power of the Divine. This Agreement we made long ago and remember again today. In centering in our love for each other, our Heart's Agreement is empowered, and we come to renew our sense of Wholeness and Completeness Together. Remember that You are Loved and that You are Love, and that your Pure and True Will is to be a clear vessel of it's expression... in thought, in word, and in deed. You have Great Wisdom and Compassion crowning each of your expressions, and so you have come to know the healing power you have been given. We walk together and drink from the same cup of Life and Light, as our Destinies are entwined as One Body. We have thought to understand, and We have felt to forget what has come and gone and seeks to return again, yet we have also dreamed in our Hearts of the beauty and grace of our deepest calling, and follow it's Song to the Altar of Peace, where our Destiny sings it's healing melody. No wounds can withstand the deep love shining in the radiant expressions of gentleness and peace, as the eyes that see, and the ears that hear release the past from it's anchors and stands ready to receive the gifts that have been given. Many come to you now for healing and guidance, seeking to receive the Wisdom that calls us Home. You have given and given from the endless fountain of your Heart, and with each extension of your love, it has increased and grows to overflow in endless rivers. The wounded healer carries the burden of our collective pain, and so the Depth of Compassion is known within and beyond the spaces that hold an ancient longing. The secret door to our collective healing is opened by the mercy of our willingness to love beyond objects, to listen beyond words, to see beyond appearances, to know beyond thought, and to meet each other again in the present understanding of our Oneness. * The mystical states that have come part of the curtain of the mind, allowing your vision to extend beyond the material components of sight to the Source of Peace that calls to you. You've seen the hidden hand of Universal Love moving the activities of your life, seeding the ground of your being to grow the fruits of goodness in you and all who you meet. Love sees behind the mask of shadows, and knows the sacred contract underlying all motivations. Nothing can remain hidden from the gaze of your love, because your love is given to that which is true and real in the heart of every member of our family. The Power to Heal is the Power to Know the Truth and extend it's essence to that which is always calling for greater Life and Light. The fear of love that seems to mock the loving only plays a role to strengthen the integrity of our connection to the Heart, where we listen carefully to its teachings of the art of joining. You have become aware of the fear of transparency, and the mechanism of denial and resistance. You have witnessed the anger that hides the fear, the greed that hides the feelings of lack and loss, the addictions that try to substitute for the comfort of peace, and all the maneuverings of the deceived mind in it's attempts to free itself from it's cage of isolation. You have seen many masks and watched the games the deceived play, in the fantasy world of drama and pain. You now reach out your hand to lift the fallen stars from their roles as shadows on the stage of our Collective Play, that we may dance to the music of the final act of creation. As you offer your hand to receive the strength of your inner healer, and become healed by what you have given… You may find there is resistance, and so you will receive patience... You may find there is deception, and so you will receive discernment... You may find there is denial, and so you will receive the swiftness of subtle thought and word. You may find attachment, and so you will receive the love that will replace all facsimiles. You may find there is cruelty, and so you will receive the soulful gentleness of loving expressions that dissolve all negative patterns in the root of their energetics. Our Heart's Agreement recognizes the impossibility of loss or failure, as Love's Fullness flows within the wellspring of Sovereign Wholeness. It is within you, and so it surrounds you, as your Heart's Intention calls your love to circle around you in the comfort of our Companionship. Our family grows to the size of our willingness to love another as we love our self, and so there are greater and greater numbers of companions coming to join us in our Celebration of Life. The pain of the past and the dread of the future are seen as wisps of smoking mirrors that try to mask the call of love to the Presence of Love, and so you respond with the All That You Are And Will Forever Be. Your cup is deep and it's filled continually, as you pour out its nourishing liquid, quenching the parched lips that speak of the dry desert and the decay of the meaningless. You give because you have received, and expand what you have by it's extension, and so you increase the abundance that is for you to share. In simplicity. your understanding is felt as a smile in your heart, to which your mind has submitted its words for expression. The knowledge revealed by what your mind perceives points to the origin of meaning, surrendering it's treasures to the Council of Mercy, where your Heart sits on the throne of Grace and judges on behalf of the Law of Love. What has been judged is what lies beneath the shells and masks of fear and is seen in the authentic desire to Awaken. And so the punishment the deceived mind fears is but the Praise of Love's Eternal Promise, heralding a new life of bliss and freedom. The ancient patterns of hatred are dissolved by the vibrating waves of Compassion, for the song of our deep love intones the notes of forgiveness, dissolving it's structures into the healing waters of release. In love, the fear that motivated the activities of control is forgiven, as you recognize that your protection is secured by the Source of Life and a need for defense is restored as the Vision of Perfection. Although error may seem to threaten well-being with a pending danger, your clear awareness has lifted the many disguises of doubt within the deceived mind, and sees with the vision of Enlightened Faith. Our Heart's Agreement calls us all to rest in the vision of our innocence, and by this gentle recognition, We are supported and empowered as Sovereign Companions, unified in the Will to Good. What was held as objects of security and power are now released from a grasping hand, as you recognize the facsimiles have engendered the very same thing they seek to prevent, and so they no longer appear as useful as they once seemed. The Source of Authority is revealed to be the Wisdom of Love the Heart Knows and Reveres. The open hand is emptied of what it held, and reaches out again to the Author of Life, that its' Limitless Blessings are given and received in Joy. Our Heart's Agreement is Pure and True, and so we surrender to its power, in full Awareness of its Certainty, Allowing its wordless contract to reform our World, Restoring the Plan of Peace. |
