  1. Marketing Leads -- orchestrate all the below segments plus: IT and Analytics (data); Branding (vision and mission); Research (decisions); Taxonomies (defining products/services in market); Business Process (improving workflows, processes, efficiencies); Reporting
  2. Communications -- Internal / External Audiences: Internal reporting / external tactical comms, e.g. emails, announcements, and networks etc, getting people to take specific actions
  3. Web Dev, IT, and Database Management -- technology implementation of workflows, business processes, CRM, etc
  4. Sales, PR, Advertising -- Planning & Forecasting spending of energies to sustain operations, services, and market share
  5. Production Teams (Web Content and Digital Content) -- Creative production/editing; Content production/management
  6. Partnerships -- 3rd Party Products/Services -- Store management, CRM (customer service), product managers
  7. Coordinators/Reservists -- mini-projects, action items, tasks, note taking

Team Values promoting Sustainability: These are principles of business Sustainability -- what makes "it" sustainable?

1. Honor Life. Sustain life in our partnership’s philosophies, principles and intentions.

2. Equity; dealt and implemented within the teams. For example, mitigate gross disparities between the “top and bottom." Equality as in Harmony. Equality as in spirit of unity.

3. Promote positive Growth. Actively instill policies and procedures for growth in the spirit of good will and with heart intention. Growth of individuals over the growth of the company “bottom line” of profits. Offer opportunities for personal growth.
