Wayshowers are Catalysts of pineal gland opening, Catalyst of DNA and system upgrades, Catalysts of 3rd eye (Pineal Gland) Opening, Telepathic Awakening, various other spiritual awakenings and may even be Midwives to full illumination!!!

- Drink big glass of Fresh water, a blessed glass is even better. To bless the glass; use a marker pen and write LOVE on the cup and it's good to go.
- Comfortable chair or place to sit down, fresh air, shade
- Focus on breathing and heart beat
- Bare feet on the ground
- when with someone awaking to Telepathic Communication try to think nice thoughts or it can be really yucky
- Continue to participate with group meditation to maintain high frequency vibrations.
