The heart and brain are joined in the interval of the fifth, uniting their rhythms in the primordial tone of origins. Breathe deep of color through the eyes and of sound through the skin, that even our very cell may remember that all abides in the healing temple of the Earth.

The harmonic expressions of the innermost center, sound the tone and color of truth,
guiding the way that each may feel and know the inner teacher.
