Beautiful video of the Golden Energy Cleanse. A great meditation to clear anything causing stress...especially at this time of the year. I enjoyed it very much. Thank you Asa and Rhea...much love to you both and to Purewindsong and Crystollina. A wonderful place to co-meditate :)

Okay, I get a bit dense, so please bear with me. I found the meditation page. So far, so good. I noted today's meditation name, but the link is missing to access it. So I peaked at tomorrow's mediation page and saw it has a video. I'm not sure how I'm supposed to do this. I've only experienced emptiness meditation via Transcendental Meditation, i.e., 20 minutes three times a day just freeing the mind of all thoughts until one transcends. That's it. This appears different. (1) At the appointed time do I come to this page and watch the daily video? (2) Then do I close my eyes and think about the video? (3) Any particular guidance on how to think about the video? (4) How long do I meditate? (5) What is the objective of this kind of meditation? I would like to participate in GoldRing meditation in a synchronized way so we're all on the same page. Thanks for your help.

for me it was soothing, all dark thoughts and worries kinda drifted away, until the point that i felt stilness inside and calm. like all good intents for my own being and for all beings were energised and helped a little. and yes, I think we need to do that a little with eachother and ourselves. thank you so much for connecting and sharing light :) namaste, mihai 2 out of 2 found this valuable. Okay, so I'm undertstanding the group meditation is in the video and to simply chill and enjoy and do it at the same time as everyone else. Then share thoughts afterward, if any, and don't sweat it because it will all eventually gel. Cool. This sounds great. The most important part for me is to just relax and enjoy. Get rid of all that stressing. Thank you.
