"Hey! Who woke me up from my foggy sleep? Just before the second meditation of the day I was awakened by someone - telepathically, and I felt so good. This has been happening often since I started participating in the Group Meditation. Who is doing this? An Angel? A member? Please let me know if it is you, so I can thank you.

Todays meditation was very important for me. I did not know who Rama was, but now I do. I, being an archer, when I saw the bow, made me focus on the message. The portraits of his exile with his wife and companions spoke to me. It reminded me of my summers as a boy in the forest with my playmates. I grew up with bow in hand, bare foot and shirtless, protected by the trees from the sun and wind.
What struck me about these images was the bond of deep love between Rama, Sita, and the rest of their group. The sharing of careless warm summer days with people you want to be with - more like a vacation than an exile.

We need to get back to the garden.

the shackles of humanity

break the link of this chain
of endless pain and misery
break through the bonds we've
held fast to for far too long
that have kept us well confined
in this unseen prison of our own design
