"Hello,Hello Beautiful Soul, I am so happy that you are enjoying the meditations. Please allow yourself to FEEL the connection to the "meaning" of the meditation as your mind moves. Do not be concerned with ideas of "fueling the mind". Your experience is in no way negative - it is exactly what most do as they deepen into the practice of meditation. My personal experience with meditation was somewhat similar. I had an "intellectual" idea of what meditation should be. At times I recognized that I was not experiencing what my mind thought it should be. Then one day, I was sitting in my garden and went very naturally into a deep meditative state. When I was done I realized that I had been "being meditated"...the experience my heart had been longing for. Meditation is now a completely natural and flowing process for me... as it will be for you as well. I have a wonderful audio file by one of my teachers Adyashanti on True Meditation. It is simple and practical and I would be happy to share it with you. I believe that I used it on a BTR show awhile back...I will locate it if it is of interest to you. Oh Yes, Macotpila and Devora, I do recognize that too. No worries about that. The meditation works anyway. When you're getting used to meditatate a little bit longer. As you enjoy the video, see it and listen , just like a normal video. But when you focus yourself on feeling your heartbeat and your breath, There will be no room for distracting thoughts. And something else you might want to try, is becoming aware of that thoughts, i mean see them flowing trough your head, and visualize them in clouds who are passing by. Just let them gently pass over and pay not further attention to them. And you might even like to close your eyes , when you have the feeling that you want too.. .......All is Well. Dear Fellow Students of Love: I have been watching Magenta Pixie's videos in order through the Stargate and I have learned how important it is to participate in our group meditations in particular. This has made it easier for me to remember to show up on time. I also discovered the alarm clock on my phone. :)I am now practicing on my breathing and focus during the videos as suggested and then when the video ends, I close my eyes and proceed to engage in emptiness meditation as taught to me by my beloved teacher the Maharishi Mahesh Yogi, a man who I met only once, and who I witnessed exuded endless joy. The "Divinity Movie" Is Absolutely Magnificent And Brilliant Itself! Videos Like This Should Probably Be Played Around The Planet High Into The Stratosphere And For At Least An Eternity. It Surely Reminds Me Of A Similar Type Of Uplifting Audio, To Which Always I Held And Valued, That A Friend Once Gave To Me Some Twenty Odd Years Ago, And It Was Only Just Recently After Coming On Board With The GoldRing Did I Later Find Out That It's Author Was None Other Than Abraham-Hicks With Whom I Was Previously unaquainted With. Well I showed up on time this morning (the alarm clock with the space age sound is perfect), but the video was missing! So I just settled back into Transcendental Meditation with the hope that some of you would be here with me. I feel a strong need to connect to the collective consciousness at this time.

72. EXCITING EXPERIENCE DURING 1/24 JESHUA VIDEO MEDITATION

I watched the Jeshua video at noon. Then I closed my eyes and practiced my Transcendental Meditation mantra for a few minutes to get centered. Then I focused one by one on each chakra; red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo... The indigo light happened again! I cupped my hands over my face once again to make sure it was not light through the window. The beautiful deep indigo was still there. It felt very peaceful. I removed my hands and the indigo remained. I really feel something is happening. I now realize it is something unusual that happened in my daily life a week ago that had awakened my chakras the first time and that's why when I laid down to take a nap I saw deep blue and then indigo light after I closed my eyes. IT'S THE CHAKRAS PHYSICALLY ACTIVATED WITHIN ME! I am soooo excited!

How incredible! God knows and he loves me and he gave me everything I asked for. Right before I began this morning's meditation, I received an email from a lady with a horseranch west of LA near Malibu who told me I can come live on her ranch as soon as I finish selling my house near Dallas,Texas. I was so filled with love and joy, that when I saw the meditation was Send My Love, well I could not help but commence the meditation by sending all my love to everyone everywhere in the universe! It was so intense that I saw a shower of golden particles flow outward into the universe from my heart. I am in love with life and I am so grateful to have you to share my love with. Thank you for being here for me.P.S. I noticed the video was shot in downtown Dallas, which made me feel even more so that the message was an expression of God's love for me. 3 out of 3 found this valuable. Do you? |
